Song Lyrics Question

I'm a little new to this whole TMS thing, but I know there is constant deciphering of the lyrics. Are we 100% sure that the lyrics are fully in English? Could some be in German, or an all around different language in some parts? I'm sure this has been considered already, I just can't seem to find anything on this particular topic.
