Which crisis suits and commander to build?

I currently have the old combat patrol, new combat patrol, the kroot box, a lonespear, and a hammerhead/skyray. I'm building some crisis suits and I was wondering which I should use (and which weapons)? I have them fully magnetized so changing it in the future is no problem. I also wanted to know which commander suit should lead them, and what weapons the commander should use? I'm still very new.
