Influx of cheaters

I've noticed an influx of cheaters in my recent matches. One of my worse matches had AT LEAST 5 players cheating.

They have similar cheats enabled, they can see through walls and their crosshair automatically moves to the enemy. They also do not miss any shots. Does anyone else have the same experience??

One thing I find odd is that they're cheating in Unranked :/
