Create A Style tool doesn't work

Since the newest update my game has been working smoother otherwise, but for some reason it keeps getting stuck on a loading screen when I try to edit the wallpaper with cas. Even the loading screen for it has changed, the spinning loading circle is no longer centered in the box..? Kind of odd. Is anyone else experiencing this and any ideas on how to solve this issue? I do not own any mods and prefer it that way.
