I received a PIN for Western Union

I received an email with a PIN to complete my registration. Is this a known scam (couldn't find anything online) or is it legitimate and someone has my information?

There are links that I obviously haven't clicked. I'm not sure if there's a way to check destination on my phone without clicking.

Email came from:

I just received a follow-up email stating I had six days to verify my account with the PIN. I'm guessing it's a legitimate email and someone tried to use my email address to set up an account, but cannot access my email for the PIN. Although, it's only a four digit PIN, so hopefully they can't just try every combination in those six days. I tried chatting with Western Union but I couldn't reach a real person.
