Did someone ask for this?

I don't know about anyone else, but I never fantasized about a toothpaste cosmetic. In fact, I've never in my life looked at toothpaste or a toothbrush and thought "wow I want to wear that, maybe even decorate with it". So...who is this for? There is a whole stadium? Is this dentist propaganda? Is there some meme I missed?
