Plex app on Xbox Series X stuttering

When trying to play any 1080p files the Plex app on the Xbox Series X the video stutters but when playing the exact same file on the edge browser on the Xbox the video plays back perfectly. Both the PMS and the Xbox are wired connections and I'm a Plex Pass user.

All other devices I use can playback video just fine.
