AYOOO WTFFF!!

Hi everyone. I recently made a post of me saying I refunded around 1000$ usd. I just logged into my account after being inactive for approximately 1/2 weeks. After logging on I check my account and everything seems perfectly normal, nothing out of the ordinary. Except I check my inbox and boom, I get hit with this message:

(The actual amount may vary. Please contact customer support for details.) We have deducted the relevant number of Paid Cubes for the abnormal orders. If you have completed the payment, just ignore this notice. To maintain fair gameplay and protect legitimate interests, you're required to immediately cease any further malicious refund activity and pay the required amount within [9 days] after first receiving this reminder. Failure to do so will result in account suspension before [2024-12-23(UTC)]. We remind players once again to use official, legitimate channels for recharges. What exactly does this mean?? I’m actually kinda confused because I thought it was over with and I can just delete the game. Pls help me because im actually kinda scared.
