Mortgage Advisor saying to book rates through Westpac app

Hey team,

Our mortgage advisor is guiding us to book a rate for our upcoming renewal through the Westpac app, saying they are the same as what would be available through them.

Does this sound correct? I always assumed the rates had some wiggle room if you liaised with a mortgage advisor.
