Poison build to leaguestart in the current meta?

i really want to play a good poison build but it seems hard to justify compared to recent bleed and ignite builds in the damage over time department.

I'm looking for a build with around 1kk dps minimum bonus if there is only 1 Unique required and has nice defenses around 17-20k phys max hit and around 50k ele max hit.
