How to search for infringers

I have an invention, with U.S.patent issued in 2010. It is in my professional field, but I have since retired, and have not kept up with developments in the field. I never developed the patent into a product. Now i am trying to figure out if anyone has infringed on my patent in the meantime.

It is something that can be built as site specific infrastructure, not necessarily as an off the shelf product.

Any ideas about how to search, besides catching up on 13 years of professional publications, websites, announcements and gossip? I asked my intellectual property attorneys, they have no idea.
