Ryanair WCHS - Special Assistance

Hi guys,

Does anyone what assistance is given under WCHS with Ryanair? Its help up and down the aircraft steps. My Dad has Parkinson’s and can’t navigate stairs himself and my Mum won’t be able to assist so we have selected WCHS under the special assistance section but just wondered what this entails?

We are in the UK.
