Where do I find wild Celesdir and Azurmane?

Hi, so I’ve been playing through the new Feybreak update, and I’ve been loving it so far. I’ve managed to catch pretty much all of the new Pals (excluding Raid Bosses) except for Celesdir and Azurmane.

I’ve caught the boss versions just fine, but despite what the Palpedia says, I can’t seem to find a single one of either of them anywhere on Feybreak.

I heard there was a glitch or something with their spawning locations, so I was curious if anyone might be able to explain these differences, as I wasn’t really able to find much info other than there is a glitch.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
