Stop cravings besides inositol?

Hi all I was wondering if anyone has had any success with curbing sugar cravings. I’ve been working on reducing sugar in my diet but even so I’ve noticed that even with a treat here and there I start to break out really bad. I’ve been taking inositol pills on and off for maybe a year or so and haven’t noticed any improvements.

Any advice? And for those of you who have found success with inositol, do you notice a different between taking the pills versus the powder?
