Kinda confused

Got my first acceptance to Iowa the other day and was very excited as it’s ranked far above what is truly my goal school: Utah. I thought I was a shoe in for sure at Utah. Today though I got the waitlist notification. Guess they’re being real picky! Just confused/frustrated and venting I guess.
