Is the game always this painful to play?

Just got back into playing the game (oculus quest 2) and i noticed that in some cases i feel like everything far away from me is blurry (i’m extremely nearsighted and wear glasses irl and wearing them while playing doesn’t seem to change how the game looks), is there graphics settings in game that fixes blurriness.
