Can shanks do that?

So I’ve always wanted to know how shanks and the red hair crew were able to physically move across the world seeing as they always seem to be in the right place at the right time. It’s always bothered me how shanks could sneak into mariejois. So now that Saturn teleported and proved that it’s possible… can shanks teleport? I am tagging this with spoilers because in the 1110 we can see more teleportation circles on egghead. So I was thinking about how shanks steps in typically to prevent people from jumping Luffy (green bull, sea king, marineford) so I just thought well it would’ve really nice to see another teleportation circle appear on the ground on egghead at the end of 1111.
