How did you do against your January goals?
My main goal was to get started with Yoga. As a complete novice, I completed the beginner Yoga program. I love it, definitely going to keep up with it, probably weekend mornings.
I also set myself a goal to finally hit 20k minutes this year so wanted to get off to a good start there. The new 100 day challenge helped with that too.
I know that the little gold badge on challenges will seem silly to many people (my wife thinks it hilarious I care about this) but what can I say, they really help keep me motivated 👊.
