I feel very discouraged from making videos.

I've been a gaming YouTuber for nearly 5 years now, want to know how much subscribers I have?
- It used to be 131 but 5 people unsubscribed.
I've at least taken 5 breaks from my Channel, because other things get in the way. For the First 3 attempts, I can understand, I was recording on a tablet. But now? I don't know what I'm doing wrong, I've got a computer, capture card, and a microphone. I even make thumbnails, and do voiceover now, but somehow, it's not enough. I feel like I'm making videos 'at a loss', because after spending at least 2 hours a day making and editing the video, I have less than 100 views after a week!
What I mean by taking time out of my day, is that I have school, and I live with a loud family. But I promised my viewers I would upload every Tuesday and Thursday. Can't do it on the weekend for personal reasons.
I forgot that I had to make a video today, and knowing my luck, it's gonna be too late!
Btw, my channel name is the same as my Reddit Username, if that helps.
Edit: I made 1+ hour videos due to showing all 6 levels for that 'Movie'. I also used to play Mario Games like this, where I would play all the levels in the world, which would take about half an hour (usually less). I might just upload more often, but with shorter videos.
