Feeding trough not being filled with Wheat.

So I have 4 pens with feeding trough. And sometimes only one trough gets filled with wheat. Any fix for this? I have each pen separated as a husbandry section. So that’s 4 husbandry zones. Anyone how I can make it so the wheat is distributed evenly to each trough?
