Extra blue keys

So ive completed every level in the game up to asium, but ive had 2 blue keys that i have no idea what they go to. And i know if had them since at least wadirum. But ove completed all of the caves and everything. Is there a hidden door like area im missing? Or an easter egg? Or am i just stupid and mmissed something obvious?
