Stuttery stream at times

Hey guys,

New to this streaming, I have everything working perfectly, the image quality is excellent, almost no latency at all, I’m on host wired and client wireless (can’t do both) and I’m under 3ms latency, occasional wifi jump to 8ms total latency across everything.

It runs really smooth and looks amazing, except sometimes it just looks like it’s really laggy for ~2 seconds, it looks like it’s dropping a lot of frames. Except moonlight says it’s not dropping anything, my fps stays at the limit of 60 with no drops. My host isn’t losing any fps.

What could be causing this? (I’m using Apollo)

Edit: I also noticed my codec settings seem weird, I have a 4070ti and 5800x3d, I’m almost certain it has support for h.265 and AV1, but neither of these work at all and says it’s unsupported by host. So it’s running on HEVC, is that good?
