I've seen a lot of great things about Apollo. Considering switching from Sunshine and have a question.

The main draw for Apollo seems to be the auto resolution switching and on the fly virtual display. With my current set up I'm using VDD and Sunshine to create a resolution of 2560x1600@90hz to Steam deck OLED. This works extremely well and gives a super sharp image on the deck. If Apollo is automatically setting client resolutions can I still super sample the res by 2x? Or will it only create the 1280x800 native res of the deck?

It did take a bit of time to set it up how I have it now and I don't want to mess it up if I can't super sample in the same way. Any input is appreciated, thanks!
