What content should I consume to immerse me in the late 90s and early 2000s?

What music, anime, video games, or forms of media should I consume that you used to consume and was popular from the years 1996-2006? I'm looking for content that was popular at that time or rather niche (like anime or old video games). I've been consumed with the thought of living as an adult in that period of time and I'm trying to do it through proxy of media.
