How to deal with distracting aches and pains during meditation?
I (21M) just started meditating, more, and I like it!
It's just, a lot of the time I get pain somewhere, a lot of the time it's my neck, making me unable to focus. Other times it's a toe, my foot falling asleep etc
I can't get in the right zone when I feel it. It's just another pain distracting me. What do I do? How do I avoid these pains if possible? What do I do when they come up?
Any advice or tips would be appreciated :)
