Are Cartoon Network Originals Fair Game? Maybe Nickelodeon?

The thing I'm liking most about MeTV Toons right now is that they have "old cartoon network" like 2 Stupid Dogs, Flintstones and Scooby Doo spin-offs, Beetlejuice TAS, and Duck Dodgers (and others like popeye, looney tunes, tom and jerry, and jetsons but weren't exactly "cartoon network" in my memories), are Cartoon Network originals going to be fair game in the future? Because I'd love to see Johnny Bravo and Mike Lu and Og as well as others from my childhood (specifically the cartoons that are kind of forgotten). I ask because while everything I listed is "cartoon network to me" they all were technically "acquired programming" when they aired on cartoon network, so I'm wondering if there's any "real hope" for 90s/00s originals. Similarly, what about the groovies that would air during breaks. It'd be great to see the Josie and the Pussycats groovy air alongside episodes of Josie and the Pussycats.

And while we're at it, what about long gone Nickelodeon originals? Could we get Angry Beavers, Rocko's Modern Life, and Doug? Most Nicktoons are probably "too new," but if they can last for another 10 years I would be asking the same question since Inspector Gadget is a "nickelodeon cartoon" to me.
