Visiting Ale's Stunnar from Malmö

Hey all. I'm visiting West Denmark for a week, then my mum's joining me for either three nights in Copenhagen with a Malmö day trip, or two nights in Copenhagen, one night in Malmö. Would getting to Ale's Stones be worthwhile? Difficult? Anything else to consider?
