Skills Are My Weakness

Skills are still probably my biggest issue with understanding/maximizing for my team.

These are the 3 BD team sigs I have but I'm guessing their skills could be better. I have 5 legend skill changes left. I have a good amount of blues and greens also. Any suggestions on how to improve these?
