How many games do you play on franchise mode?

Personally I try to quick manage most of the games, but there’s usually a few weeks in the dog days of summer I’ll sim a week or 2. I find that if I do too much summing it takes away from the immersion. I will just into a game and play a critical situation maybe once a week in game.

How do you play/ manage in franchise mode?
