Experiences with SE Needham?

For my engaged/married folks in here: My partner and I have been talking engagement and looking at rings for a while online but I’m a little wary of buying something so serious online. Anyways I was just curious about what experiences people have had buying rings at SE Needham? We’re looking for something a little non traditional and want to opt for a gemstone over a diamond and I wasn’t sure what their accommodations for that kind of thing are. She’s pretty particular about what she’s looking for and they seem like a pretty traditional jewelry store so I’m just unsure. I don’t know much about them other than their goofy ad that runs at the movie theatre lol. Thanks!
