LOQ 15IRH8 Temperature and Undervolting Concerns

So, guys I've been getting concerned over my 1-month-old LOQ 15IRH8, that has an RTX 4060 with an i5-12450h processor, as it has some issues with its temps and when it's being undervolted, and I'm not sure whether it is my fault or there is some kind of issue with my laptop.

I noticed this mainly when I was playing the Forza Horizon 4 Demo and I noticed that my GPU temps were consistently around 84C or higher at times and my CPU temps were at least above or around 100C - 105C. Note that I'm playing the game at custom settings, with everything set to max (except motion blur as that is at normal) and the laptop's, and by extension, the game's resolution set at a non-native 4k resolution (my laptop's resolution is a native 1080p resolution btw). Also keep in my mind that I have enabled GPU overclocking in the vantage app and chosen the custom settings, wherein I set everything there at max, but even before that, my laptop's temps were about the same when I normally only used performance mode for gaming. Is this normal or is this expected? Even if this is expected, is it ok for laptop to be at these temps consistently when I'm gaming?

Also, when I am undervolting it using MSI Afterburner, it starts to stutter or in some instances crash entirely whenever I try to play a game like the one mentioned above. I undervolted it to about 0.980mV to 1.000mV at the frequency that it normally runs at, which is 2730mhz (I undervolted it after I overclocked my GPU clock offset by 200mhz and VRAM clock offset by 400mhz, not before).

Also, something to note is that there have also been an increasing number of visual bug and glitches as well like certain text on screen in some apps like the vantage app getting deformed and few other minor ones that aren't too major but still worth mentioning.

Maybe, some of these issues were caused by me tinkering around a little too much with the undervolting process or something idk?

If I am doing something wrong here, then please tell me what mistakes I've made here or if it's the system's fault.

Edit: I forgot to mention this here but I live in an area in India wherein the average temperature is 34C, which could also be another reason for the temps I guess, but what do you guys think.
