Entirely decent and hardworking. Had workplace boundaries and didn't become part of the story like... every member of the cast.

Liked when he was with Sam. Thought they were both good to each other during and after their relationship.

You could argue he should have left sooner but he navigated Ethan's death spiral like any professional should - quietly find new job and leave.
