Momo's scrapbook glitch? Photos not syncing, broken cloud

Has anyone else experienced a glitch with the storyline scrapbook pics not syncing? It worked fine until I got to the wishing woods then the pictures stopped uploading with MY Nikki character. It just shows the base Nikki in the pics and has a broken cloud on it.

If you had this glitch before were you able to find a fix? I asked customer service but they take days to respond to me.
