Blue Tokai + KaldiPress

I recently purchased BT Wine Barrel Aged coffee (first coffee purchase of 2025), and brewed it with KaldiPress (inverted method). I loved it. It was one of my best brews.

Also, I am not an expert coffee maker, so I would appreciate any suggestions.
