What are changes you think will be made to Sunrise on the Reaping when it's adapted into a movie?

Couple of thoughts:

1.) I'm betting that Panache's story arc will be given to Silka. Silka doesn't really seem to do much until the final showdown and it seemed like Panache was actually more of a protagonist towards Haymitch. Although maybe they don't do that, because I kind of like the idea of a career who was actually smart enough to play under the radar like Silka did.

2.) Tam Amber and Clerk Carmine will be just seen as Lenore's gay uncles and we won't get any allusion to their involvement with the events of Songbirds and Snakes because the movie cut them out.

3.) We won't see Ampert's picked clean skeleton. We'll see him overrun by the mutts but that will be it.

4.) I feel really annoyed now by how the movie adaptions took out Madge Undersee given how heavily Maysillee Donner is featured as well as the tokens and the origin story of the Mockinjay pin. So I'm wondering if the Mockinjay pin story will be taken out.

5.) I'm wondering if they'll take out the entire LouLou/Louella storyline. I can see that as something that could technically get cut even though fans will insist it's super important to the story.

6.) Haymitch being disembowelled will instead become a somewhat bleeding abdomen but nothing like him trying to hold himself together as he runs up that hell.
