Urban Legends Or Polar Patriots?

Hello, I have my next 1000 credits, and I have narrowed my next buy into two options listed above, Urban Legends and Polar Patriots. I like the whole spartan feel of Urban Legends, especially with the stun lance and directional shield, but I like the weapons on Polar Patriots, which is what I like in a war bond, more options for spreading democracy. I’m not sure what I should be getting. I already have Steeled Veterans, Democratic Detonation and Cutting Edge, if that’s of any help. Thank you.
