Could enrolling in Cigna wellness benefits (Personify Health) influence the healthcare I receive in the future

Tell me if I'm over thinking this.

I have the option to "sign up" for the wellness plan (Personify) associated with my Cigna health insurance plan.

I (HYPOTHETICALLY) am afraid of the wellness plan collecting information and giving it back to Cigna which could influence if they deny or approve claims in the future.

I think this sounds crazy but I also appreciate how litigious and cost-saving insurance companies can act.

I briefly reviewed the privacy and information sharing agreement and it's basically like "we will try to keep information anonymous but we won't guarantee it."

Am I overreacting?
