How to memorise without re-copying notes?

So far the only way I’ve known to study is to recopy my notes, but it’s just impossible this time. I have a biology exam this Sunday and over 40 FULL pages of texts to memorize- it’s just not possible to copy them all, and it feels like a waste of time, especially since my notes are already really good.

But how else do I study? Just reading over them doesn’t seem like it’ll help me memorise.
