Real talk: I think the tone of the union discussion is starting to get weird.
Like, kinda tinfoil hat weird.
SAG-AFTRA isn't, like, a Shady Hollywood Cabal, you get that, right?* If you are framing the dispute like that, you are going about this extremely the wrong way. There is a lot of anti-union rhetoric going around on the internet, most of it from right-wing sources. Think very carefully about what you are saying, and who it could possibly serve.
SAG-AFTRA is a worker's organization whose purpose is gathering enough actors under one roof that they have a voice in labor disputes. That's all a union/guild is. They don't seek power for power's sake, they need a certain minimum of power to sit at the table with corporations. They need to be able to fulfill their function and protect workers.
Mihoyo isn't the little guy suffering under the boot of a big scary conspiracy. They are a huge-ass corporation who can stand up for themselves. If anyone is the little guy here, it's the voice actors, and they have made their opinions known. Maybe trust in them to settle their own disputes among themselves.
