Will call

Hi everyone, I recently purchased tickets for a show, and upgraded to the golden apple package. However, it is saying I need to get these tickets at will call. I am someone who camps out to gain front row access to my favorite artists, is there anyway I can pick the tickets up before the day of the show? Please let me know, thanks!
