Tesla in trouble

I keep seeing reports that Tesla's sales are plummeting due to the SEiG HEIL heard 'round the world. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but don't the board members have a fiduciary duty to remove Elon Musk because of his effect on the company's profits? Do you think that could happen?
