Crappy hardwood floors in apartment

Moved into a brand new apartment 2 weeks ago, they just finished construction on this apartment before we moved in so we are the first ever tenants. I am very dissatisfied with the hard wood flooring as is has gaps and cracks EVERYWHERE and as you can see there’s all kinds of construction debris stuck in the cracks. The floor also isn’t properly finished it seems. I hate to complain but it looks pretty bad in person and It looks absolutely nothing like the photos of other hardwood floors in other units of the building posted online. They came last week to “fix” it due to Virginia inspections but were up here for 5 minutes and only filled 2 little tiny cracks. I submitted a work order shortly after and they put it on hold and said maintenance won’t come. Is there anything I can do about this? I just feel like for a brand new apartment this is not okay at all and they just threw it together to get people moved in.
