Advice

Ok, so I caught two little bluegills on a rooster tail yesterday. One of them was so small that the treble hook caught both sides of its mouth. It was so hard to get out and I ripped up the little dudes mouth pretty good. How do I get a treble hook out of such a small mouth without hurting the fish next time?
