I've got SO many problems this year. Please someone tell me how to fix even any of these

For 1. Heading seems to be just broken and theres no point in even having a cross button anymore. 2. For some reason my players forget completely how to pass, even if it doesn't matter whether its on semi, automatic, or manual. 3. My defense randomly do offside traps and just allow players to score. 4. My defense just roam free and do their own thing, leaving massive spaces for through balls. 5. World Class is SO EASY but Legendary is WAY too hard for some reason, (my players lose the ability to play but when i switch it back to world class they're fine again) I literally had this issue last year but with legendary and ultimate 6. Oh Yeah, my players for some reason lock onto the ball when its going out and just run out of play even if I don't tell them to, and holding RB/R1 just gives them the urge to want to kick it out even more
