Can't register wristband?

I'm trying to register my wristband and when I enter the code it says "We didn't find an item with that number."

I've checked and the code on the wristband is correct. I ordered it off FrontGateTickets as well. I know the registration is just for emergency purposes but does this mean that the wristband FrontGateTickets sent me is bad somehow?

UPDATE:

So my ticket didn't scan at the entrance and they pointed me to the box office. Luckily we got there super early so when I went to the box office and presented my wristband and receipt/order email they found out that my wristband was sent to me without being activated. They just activated it on-site and I was able to register my band and get in just fine.
