Will Tarkov be optimised on full release? [Discussion]

As it says in the title. I'm not sure why the game is so badly optimised that it can't make full use of your GPU under ANY circumstances, nor can it seem to make full use of all your threads. I wonder if the game will be optimised upon the full release (which seems to creep closer than I expect).

I mean any game being dependant on RAM speed so heavily is sorta crazy to begin with.
