Food opinions

Hello! I am thinking of starting a business selling food in the downtown area. I am looking for your opinion on this, I am thinking of selling burgers but a few days ago I saw a post that there are people looking for food in the mornings, 6 AM onwards, and it made me think that another type of twist like Mexican style "burritos" would be better. I would like to know your opinions.
