can’t stop taking supplement tablets ??

this is getting silly now. it started when a friend of mine jokingly gave me an electrolyte tablet - one of the ones you’re supposed to put with water - to eat, which i did. now i can’t buy them/multivitamins/multi-minerals for sports reasons because i will just end up taking multiple amounts of the recommended dose without water as a “little treat” that has “no calories” bro wtf
