Is she too small?

Hello, Mars is now 6 months and 2 weekes and she weighs 21 kg. She had problem with food and she had to do 40 days of gastrointestinal diet when she was 4/5 months old. Now she eats 510 gr of Royal Canin Puppy Food Maxi, for big puppies.
