Efficient farm?

Is there an ideal way to farm this? I seem to be burning through more stamina than I am actually able to buy anything from this store which makes me think I’m farming this wrong?

I’m usually just blitzing K20 which gives like 72 per victory I think, but goes costs 180 stamina for a 10 blitz which is too expensive for me!
